The rules, such as they are.

This is a marketing site with a form on it. Nothing you can do here creates an account, buys anything, or starts a subscription. These terms cover this site and the invite request, and nothing more; the product has its own terms, presented where you use it.

The platform is in private beta, by invitation, at console.peerpost.ai. Everything described on this site describes that product, which is still changing. Nothing here is a contract to deliver a particular feature on a particular date.

Requesting an invite means we may email you one. It does not guarantee you access, it does not reserve you a place in a queue, and it does not lock in a price. Invites go out at our discretion and in batches. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing, and you can ask us to drop your request at any time.

Use it normally. Do not attempt to break it, overload it, scrape it at volume, or submit other people's email addresses through its forms. We may block access if you do.

If you send us feedback through the contact form, we may act on it and build what you suggested, without owing you anything for it. Do not send us anything confidential.

This site is provided as is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and we do not promise that the product will reach general availability.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site. Given that the site currently offers a form and some words about a product, we expect this section to remain theoretical.

A real service agreement will be published before anyone can connect a repository or post on their behalf. It will cover accounts, payment, what the product is allowed to publish for you, and how to leave and take your data with you. These terms do not attempt to cover any of that in advance.

PeerPost is operated by its founder, an individual based in Luxembourg, not yet through a company. When a legal entity takes over the product, these terms will say so. These terms are governed by the law of Luxembourg.

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes. Continuing to use the site after that means the new terms apply.
