What we collect.

This site does exactly three things with data: it emails us your address if you request an invite, it emails us your message if you use the contact form, and it counts page views without cookies. This site stores nothing in a database of its own. There are no ad networks, no tracking pixels, and nothing is sold or shared.

We receive the email address you submit, whatever you tell us you are building, and which form on the site you used. It reaches us as an email and it is not stored anywhere else. We use it for one purpose: to decide who to invite into the private beta and to tell you when it is your turn. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will.

We receive the name, email address, and message you send. They reach us as an email and we use them to reply to you. That is all.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first by design. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint you, and reports only aggregate numbers such as how many people viewed a page. We cannot identify you from it, and neither can Cloudflare.

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. We do not run third-party trackers on this site. There is no cookie banner here because there is nothing to consent to.

This site runs on Cloudflare Workers. Both forms are delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the submission to our inbox and does not require an account or a database on our side. After that, what you sent lives in our email, at Zoho Mail. Cloudflare, Web3Forms and Zoho process this data on our behalf as our infrastructure providers.

Invite requests are kept until you have been invited and signed up, or until you ask to be removed. Contact messages are kept while we deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you ask us to delete either, we delete it.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will act on it. We will not make you fill in a form or justify the request. Since we operate from Luxembourg, EU data protection law applies, and you also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority; ours is the CNPD in Luxembourg.

This policy covers peerpost.ai, the marketing site you are reading. The product itself is a separate system at console.peerpost.ai, currently in private beta by invitation. It is where a repository is connected and where posts are published, and what it reads is shown to you at the moment you connect something, before anything is read. Nothing you do on this site connects a repository or posts anywhere.

If this policy changes, we will change the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects data we already hold about you, we will email you about it.

PeerPost is operated by its founder, an individual based in Luxembourg. There is no company behind it yet; when one is incorporated, its name will appear here. Until then the founder is the data controller for everything described in this policy, reachable at contact@peerpost.ai.
